Production Executive Roles &
Responsibilities
Raw Materials Management
Check and verify all incoming raw materials (sugar, flavors, concentrates, bottles, caps, packaging, etc.).
Ensure materials meet quality standards before being used in production.
Maintain proper records of material receipts and stock levels.
Production Process &
Efficiency
Oversee daily production activities and ensure production targets are met.
Monitor wastage during production and take corrective actions to minimize losses.
Ensure machines and manpower are used effectively to maintain high efficiency.
Finished Goods (FG) &
Re-order Levels
Track finished goods inventory on a daily basis.
Maintain minimum stock levels and raise re-order alerts to avoid stock-outs.
Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for smooth supply.
Technician &
Maintenance Coordination
Supervise the technician team for machine upkeep and repairs.




Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to avoid breakdowns.
Report any technical issues immediately to the maintenance head/plant manager.
Quality &
Compliance
Ensure production follows hygiene, safety, and quality standards (FSSAI/industry guidelines).
Monitor proper cleaning and sanitization of production lines.
Report deviations and implement corrective measures.
Reporting &
Documentation
Maintain daily production reports (raw material usage, wastage, output).
Share efficiency and wastage reports with management.
Support audits with accurate documentation.
Teamwork &
Supervision
Coordinate between store, quality, sales, and technician departments.
Guide production staff to follow standard operating procedures.
Train current staff on basic production processes and safety practices.
