Job Summary

GBS Wireless India is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Handle end-to-end Payroll Processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Maintain and reconcile bank statements, cash books, and general ledger accounts.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly account reconciliations.
Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory regulations.
Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation.
Track expenses, budgets, and financial transactions.




Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payment-related queries.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.
Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Experience in Payroll Processing.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Knowledge of bank reconciliation and general ledger accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIFS, etc.).
Familiarity with MS Word and MS Outlook.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with ERP/accounting software will be an added advantage.Role & responsibilities
