Responsibilities Construction Manager – RRC, Piling, Foundation, Micropile & Ground Support Works
Lead the execution of piling, foundation, micropile, and ground support works as per project schedule and quality standards.
Plan and monitor construction activities, resources, and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with design, planning, QA/QC, EHS, client, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, contractual, and statutory requirements.
Review project progress, resolve site issues, and drive productivity and cost optimization.

Preferred Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 12–20 years in piling, foundation, micropile, and ground support works.
Solid experience in execution and planning of deep foundation and geotechnical projects.
Experience in Metro, Tunnel, Underground, Marine, Bridge, Airport, Industrial, Data Centre, and Infrastructure Projects.
Proficiency in Primavera/MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Robust leadership, planning, client coordination, and team management skills.
