Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in planning domestic and international travel itineraries.
Book, modify, reissue, and cancel domestic and international flight tickets.
Arrange hotel accommodations based on client preferences and budget.
Provide clients with the best available flight schedules, fares, hotel options, and travel packages.
Prepare travel quotations, itineraries, booking confirmations, and invoices.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Handle ticket refunds, rescheduling, cancellations, and travel-related amendments.
Advise clients on baggage policies, airline regulations, travel insurance, visa-related travel requirements, and destination guidelines.




Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer information.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients before and after travel.
Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving monthly sales and booking targets.
