Job Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits across production, quality, stores, procurement, and other departments.
Review operational processes, records, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies, and prospects for improvement.
Monitor inventory accuracy, material handling practices, and stock control systems.
Evaluate process discipline, departmental performance, and adherence to established standards.
Prepare audit reports, findings, observations, and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Support management in enhancing factory systems, controls, and operational effectiveness.
