Role Description
This is a full time in office role as a Travel Consultant located in Kochi. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for offering expert travel advice to customers, planning travel arrangements, and promoting travel & tourism experiences. Additional responsibilities include communicating with customers to understand their specific travel needs,
providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process leading to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Robust expertise in travel consulting, with the ability to provide personalized travel advice and recommendations
Experience in travel management and coordinating travel arrangements efficiently
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships
Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple customer requirements
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Relevant prior experience in the travel industry is an advantage
Graduate in the tourism or hospitality field is preferred
