Key Responsibilities
Machine Setup: Prepare and thread yarn, thread, or fiber through guides, tensioners, and rollers on looms.
Operation and Monitoring: Run automatic or manual looms to produce specified textile patterns and sizes.
Quality Control: Patrol active machines, spot broken threads or weaving flaws, and check final fabric quality.
Maintenance: Explicit jams, fix minor mechanical issues, and clean or oil equipment regularly
Skills and Requirements
Manual Dexterity: Positive hand-eye coordination to handle fine threads and tie broken ends.
Attention to Detail: Sharp vision to catch flaws and ensure color and pattern consistency.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive tasks.
Experience: High school diploma plus on-the-job training or an apprenticeship in textile production.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
