Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of concrete admixture products within the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with RMC plants, contractors, builders, developers, infrastructure companies, and precast manufacturers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, civil engineers, project managers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
Coordinate with the technical services team to provide on-site support, product trials, and customer training.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and current project prospects.
Ensure timely order processing, payment collections, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and periodic MIS for management review.




Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to execute promotional activities and product launches.
Expand market penetration and increase product adoption across key customer segments.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or any relevant discipline. An MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
58 years of sales experience in the Construction Chemicals industry.
Hands-on experience in selling Concrete Admixtures or related construction chemical products.
Robust understanding of concrete technology, admixture applications, and construction practices.
Established network with RMC plants, contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, consultants, and developers in Delhi NCR.
