About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented video editor & videographer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong video shooting and editing skills with a passion for visual storytelling. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for digital platforms while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Handle in office and outdoor video shoots, including framing, lighting, and camera setup.
Edit engaging videos with transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and basic animations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative video campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
Manage multiple video projects while meeting deadlines.
Organize and maintain raw footage, edited files, and project assets.
Enhance video quality through color correction, sound synchronization, and effects.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.




Solid knowledge of video shooting techniques, camera handling, lighting, and framing.
Good understanding of video editing, color correction, sound synchronization, and motion graphics.
Ability to create engaging content optimized for social media platforms.
Basic photography and videography knowledge.
Strong creativity, communication, and time management skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Film Making, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in video shooting and editing.
Strong portfolio showcasing both shooting and editing work.

Preferred Skills
Experience with AI-based creative tools.
Understanding of social media trends and content strategy.
Ability to independently handle video shoots for promotional campaigns.
