Role & responsibilities :-
Responsible for overall maintenance related activities for the shift.
Breakdown maintenance and ensuring availability of machines/equipments.
Responsible for Preventive/Predictive/Annual Maintenance as per the plan.
Experience an Electrical operation, Installation, Testing & Maintenance with all major equipments of electrical power system.
Working experience in Field Instrument and PID control system Commissioning, calibration and trouble shooting.
Hands on experience preferably in using PLC troubleshooting, HMI, Drives.
Root cause analysis, specializing in high-level problem solving, process efficiency and day-to-day maintenance in machines.
Overall checking and inspection of panel rooms, control room, control panels, battery chargers, transformer and other equipments.
Spare part management and utility equipments handling experience.
Knowledge of safety protocols like LOTO, electrical safety, work at height.
Compliance with Saint Gobain standards, EHS & WCM process & standards
