Inventory Control: Tracking stock levels in real time to prevent shortages.
Tracking stock till delivered with in TAT(Turnaround Time) and coordinate with logistics Partners.
Coordinate with logistics partners for Shortage, Damage and to be filling claim process.
Managing Returns and Technology
Reverse Logistics: Handling product returns, exchanges, and quality checks.
Automation Software: Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to sync digital storefronts with physical stock.
Stack inventory management and match with Systems inventory V/S Physical stack.
The seven key roles (or functions) of logistics are planning and forecasting, procurement, and transportation, alongside warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customers.
