The Vice Chancellor will direct university-wide programmes of study, align department goals with the University's strategic plan, and lead the institution toward its ambition of becoming a centre of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Institutional Leadership - Responsible for overall management, administration of the university with a transparent vision for developing the university into a centre of excellence.
Academic Direction - Directing university-wide programmes of study, curriculum, and career development within authority delegated by the governing board, and aligning department goals with the university's vision.
Programme Development - Leading programme development, including curriculum, instructional strategies, and instructional materials, while planning and implementing professional development and training for faculty and support staff.
Governance & Reporting - Representing the university's perspective on various university committees,



preparing progress reports for the governing board and internal/external audit teams.
Faculty Development - Imparting knowledge of alternate approaches to Education and challenges of faculty training in India for staff, and promoting effective classroom management strategies, remediation strategies for students, instructional planning, and classroom organization.

Key Capabilities
Leadership Experience - 20 years of educational administrative experience, experience in skill development, and a proven capability to manage people and provide solid leadership.
Accreditation Fluency - Knowledge of accreditation and ranking requirements concerning the university.
Multi-Curriculum Leadership - Experience leading multiple education curriculums as a leader (e.g. Engineering, MBA, Pharmacy, etc.).
