Role & responsibilities

Support manufacturing operations across Pharma or Biotechnology production.

Follow GMP guidelines, SOPs, and safety standards during production.

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and understand production processes.

Adhere to aseptic techniques and contamination control practices.

Perform line clearance activities and maintain accurate batch documentation (BMR/BPR).

Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry) / B.Tech (Biotechnology, Chemical, Pharmaceutical).

0 - 2 years of experience or freshers with relevant industrial training.

Basic knowledge of GMP, production operations, equipment, batch documentation, and aseptic manufacturing.

Valuable communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work in shifts.
