Eligibility
Retired personnel from Kerala Police (Civil Police, Armed Police, Crime Branch, Special Branch, Traffic, Vigilance, or other police wings).
Valuable observation, investigation, and reporting skills.
Physically fit and willing to travel across Kerala.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CCTV monitoring) will be an added advantage.
High level of integrity, discipline, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage of company branches and Head Office.
Conduct surprise and scheduled visits to branches across Kerala.
Identify suspicious activities, security lapses, policy violations, and operational irregularities.
Verify compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security guidelines.
Prepare detailed vigilance and inspection reports with photographic/video evidence where required.
Coordinate with Regional Managers, Operations, HR, and Management on security-related matters.




Recommend preventive measures to minimize operational and security risks.
Monitor employee adherence to security protocols, including ID card usage and visitor management.
Assist in investigations related to fraud, theft, misconduct, and customer complaints.
Support the implementation of security awareness and vigilance initiatives across branches.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
