Key Responsibilities
Machine Setup: Install chucks, fixtures, and cutting tools, then set tool offsets and reference points.
Operation: Load and run programs on CNC turning centers to face, turn, bore, drill, and thread parts.
Quality Control: Inspect finished work using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify correct dimensions.
Maintenance & Safety: Clean the workspace, perform basic machine upkeep, and follow plant safety policies
