Market Benchmarking : Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices across assigned countries.
Compliance & Governance : Ensure compensation and advantages programs comply with local labor laws and global policy standards.
Recognition Programs :



Collaborate with the Global Compensation Team to support global programs and projects.
Data Analysis & Reporting : Prepare reports and insights on compensation and benefits trends to inform decision-making.
