Infyle Technologies is looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to generate quality leads through outbound calling.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain the company's IT services and solutions.
Generate and qualify leads.
Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Update customer information in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Maintain skilled relationships with prospective clients.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Solid follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility
Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Candidates must be from Mohali, Chandigarh, Punjab, or Himachal Pradesh.
No Virtual Interviews.
Candidates must attend a face-to-face interview at our Zirakpur office.
