Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our hospital team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with appointments, providing information about hospital services, and ensuring a positive patient experience through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to patient inquiries.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel doctor appointments.
Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with patients.
Provide accurate information about doctors, departments, services, timings, and hospital facilities.
Maintain patient records and update information in the hospital management system.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to address patient queries.
Handle complaints or concerns politely and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Promote preventive health check-up packages and hospital services when appropriate.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information and comply with hospital policies.




Meet daily call handling and patient service quality standards.

Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Prior experience in a hospital, healthcare, or customer service setting is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and the local language (Hindi or regional language is an advantage).
Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per hospital requirements.
