Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end curriculum and content development projects.
Prepare project plans, timelines, and monitor deliverables.
Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within deadlines.
Coordinate with Content Writers, Curriculum Designers, SMEs, Designers, and Product teams.
Schedule meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and follow up on action items.
Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status reports.
Identify project risks, delays, and dependencies, and proactively escalate issues.
Ensure proper version control and organization of curriculum documents.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely review and approval of content.
Support resource planning and workload allocation across multiple projects.
Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management.




Drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency and collaboration.

Eligibility
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education, English, or a related field.
Project Coordination, Project Management, Content Operations, Curriculum Development, or a similar role.
Experience in the EdTech, Education, Publishing, or Content industry will be preferred.

Required Skills
Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
Robust communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
