We are looking for a YouTube Growth & Category Manager to own and scale Vedantu’s YouTube business end-to-end — driving growth, conversions, and revenue (P&L;). This is not a pure content role. You will operate as a business owner, building a content-to-revenue engine and delivering measurable ROI.
You will work at the intersection of content, product, and growth, translating audience insights into scalable strategies and robust conversion funnels Roles & Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end YouTube business performance (views → subscribers → revenue → P&L;)
Build and optimize content-to-conversion funnels to drive paid user growth
Drive revenue outcomes and improve ROI on content investments
Define and execute content strategy based on audience insights and trends
Optimize core metrics: CTR, retention, watch time, engagement, conversions
Lead experimentation (A/B testing thumbnails, hooks, formats, cadence)
Partner with educators/creators to improve content quality and conversion effectiveness
Build and scale distribution ecosystems (community, partnerships,
external platforms)
Leverage analytics to identify growth levers and monetization opportunities
Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams for go-to-market alignment
Present business performance, revenue impact, and growth strategy to leadership Qualifications & Skills:
4–8 years of experience in YouTube growth, content-led growth, or digital business roles
Proven track record of scaling YouTube channels & driving measurable outcomes (growth/revenue)
Robust understanding of YouTube algorithms (CTR, retention, watch time)
Experience building or optimizing conversion funnels and monetization strategies
Demonstrated ability to own business metrics (growth, revenue, ROI)
Robust analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
Experience managing creators, content teams, or cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent communication and execution skills
