Key Responsibilities
Handle all counterparty settlement requests within agreed timelines and act as the primary contact for a portfolio of counterparties.
Collaborate with Trading Desk, Product, and Customer Success teams to meet client expectations effectively.
Perform trade, transfer, and inventory reconciliations across internal systems and external entities such as banks and custodians.
Monitor daily inventory requirements for settlement, lending, and borrowing activities, coordinating with Treasury Management.
Support Compliance and Risk teams by providing operational insights for effective control design in a energetic regulatory workplace.
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance processes and internal trade operation standards.
Coordinate with Accounting to ensure timely provision of trade and settlement data.
Conduct reconciliations to maintain data integrity, identify discrepancies, and resolve breaks in collaboration with relevant teams.
Contribute to process improvement by identifying gaps and enhancing reconciliation robustness.
