Exceptional Ad Agency is a fast-growing performance marketing agency helping eCommerce brands scale through high-converting ads, creatives, and data-driven strategies. We are looking for a Video Editor cum Graphic Designer who can create engaging visual content for social media and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
Design static creatives for ads, social media posts, stories, and banners.
Work closely with performance marketers to create high-converting ad creatives.
Create engaging thumbnails, hooks, transitions, and motion graphics.
Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
Design creatives using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools.
Adapt creatives as per different brand guidelines and platforms.
Implement feedback and revisions efficiently within deadlines.
Stay updated with latest social media trends and ad creative formats.




Maintain organised files and creative assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer.
Solid understanding of social media content and ad creatives.
Knowledge of short-form video trends and editing styles.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of performance marketing creatives is a plus.
Good communication skills and team collaboration.
