About The Role What you’ll be doing.

Handle inbound and outbound patient inquiries for our hospital and clinic clients. Lead qualification, follow-up coordination, and CRM data hygiene — the front-line role for client engagements.

Responsibilities What you’ll own day-to-day.
Handle inbound patient inquiries from client hospitals and clinics
Make outbound follow-up calls to qualify leads and book consultations
Maintain accurate CRM records of every conversation (HubSpot)
Coordinate with client clinics on appointment confirmations + reminders
Escalate complex inquiries to the right team or clinical contact




Track conversion metrics and report weekly to the operations lead

Requirements What we’re looking for.
Clear spoken English, Hindi, and Telugu
Comfortable on calls — confident, calm, patient-aware tone
Basic computer + CRM familiarity (HubSpot training provided)
Reliable Mon–Sat schedule, willingness to work in-office
Patient-care attitude — many callers are anxious about a health concern
