Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain skilled communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process/BPO.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Solid customer service and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
