Support end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned requirements.
Manage and coordinate with recruitment vendors to ensure timely and quality closures.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and qualified networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, vendors, and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and trackers using Excel.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Follow up with candidates and vendors to drive closures.
Adhere to recruitment timelines and hiring targets.
