Roles and Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting targets.
Oversee outbound sales activities, including lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve sales performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum 4 years of team handling experience in the telecom industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and lead teams of 12 to 26 members.
Strong experience in driving team performance and achieving business objectives.
Must be comfortable working in a target-based setting and consistently delivering results.
Ability to mentor, motivate, and monitor team productivity while ensuring high service standards.
