Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the visual merchandising strategy aligned with the brand vision and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards across all Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) format.
Plan and execute window displays, in-store displays, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Optimize store layouts, product placement, and space utilization to maximize sales and customer engagement.
Conduct regular store visits, VM audits, and compliance reviews to maintain brand standards.
Analyze store performance and recommend merchandising improvements based on sales trends and customer insights.
Collaborate with Buying, Design, Marketing, Retail Operations, and Store Teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Visual Merchandisers and store teams through regular training and coaching.
Manage VM budgets, display materials, fixtures, signage, and vendor relationships.
Support recent store openings, renovations, and seasonal store refreshes.
Drive innovation in visual storytelling while balancing commercial objectives.
Prepare regular VM reports, performance dashboards,



and action plans for leadership.
