Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails.
Provide prompt and accurate information about products and services.
Manage voice, non-voice, chat, and blended support processes.
Resolve customer complaints while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
Ensure chat quality and adhere to company service standards.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
