Perform structural calculations and analysis for buildings, foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and retaining structures.
Prepare structural drawings, specifications, and design reports.
Ensure designs meet safety standards, local building codes, and client requirements.
Project Planning & CoordinationCoordinate with architects, MEP engineers, project managers, and contractors.
Review architectural drawings and provide structural solutions.
Participate in project planning meetings and technical discussions.
Assist in preparing project schedules and budgets.
Site Inspection & SupervisionConduct site visits to verify construction quality and compliance with approved drawings.
Monitor structural works such as reinforcement, concreting, and steel erection.
Identify and resolve structural issues during construction.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Technical DocumentationPrepare and review structural design calculations.
Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) related to structural works.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals.




Quality Assurance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with IS Codes, NBC guidelines, and local regulations.
Conduct structural assessments and audits when required.
Verify material quality and testing reports.
Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Assessment & Problem SolvingEvaluate potential structural risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Investigate structural defects and recommend corrective actions.
Provide technical support for renovation, retrofitting, and strengthening projects.
Client & Stakeholder ManagementCommunicate project progress and technical updates to clients.
Present design concepts and engineering solutions.
Address client queries and provide technical clarifications.
