We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to support the Accounts Department in maintaining financial records and performing routine accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting concepts and be willing to learn accounting procedures in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers into the accounting system.
Maintain ledgers and accounting records.
Assist in preparing GST-related documentation.
Support bank reconciliation activities.
Maintain records of invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
Assist in preparing accounts payable and receivable statements.
Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding invoices and payment status.
Assist in inventory-related accounting entries.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Support senior accountants during audits and month-end closing.
Prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Understanding of GST and TDS (preferred).
Basic knowledge of Tally Prime, Busy, or ERP software.
MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Industry:
