We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Team Leader with a minimum of 1+ year of experience in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and people management skills, with the ability to motivate a team, achieve operational targets, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Support Executives.
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Provide guidance and support to team members in handling customer queries.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Identify training needs and support the development of team members.
Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
Coordinate with Operations and HR for smooth workflow and team management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:




Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO or Customer Support environment.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Experience in handling team performance metrics and customer escalations.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
