We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Commercial Vehicle Finance segment. The ideal candidate should have experience in vehicle finance, NBFC, banking, or automobile financing and possess solid relationship-building and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
Source and acquire new customers for Commercial Vehicle Loans.
Develop business through direct sales, dealer networks, DSAs, and market referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial vehicle dealers and channel partners.
Conduct customer visits, identify financing needs, and provide suitable loan solutions.
Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company policies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Support collection activities whenever required to maintain portfolio quality.
Eligibility CriteriaAge: Below 30 years
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
2–5 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle Finance, NBFC, Banking, or Automobile Finance.
Positive knowledge of commercial vehicle loan products and local market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
