Service Engineer – Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a committed, honest, punctual, and hardworking Service Engineer with a positive attitude and positive decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance (PM) of UPS systems and servo stabilizers.
Handle both in-office service and in office field service at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Complete assigned service calls on time while maintaining high-quality work.
Follow company service procedures and safety standards.
Maintain service reports and update job status after every visit.
Communicate professionally with customers and provide technical support when required.
Take ownership of assigned work and make responsible decisions in the field.
Be willing to travel for customer service visits whenever required.

Requirements:
Honest, responsible, and committed to work.
Punctual and disciplined.
Positive technical knowledge of UPS systems and servo stabilizers.
Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
