Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
3–8 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and MS Office.
Solid knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and design standards.
Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Timely delivery of designs, approval success rate, design quality, project compliance, and coordination effectiveness.
