Key Responsibilities :
Perform routine maintenance and repair work across trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
Attend emergency breakdowns and minor repairs.
Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are in working order.
Log completed tasks and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
Support other technicians and assist with facility upkeep.
Key Requirements :
Education :
ITI/Diploma in electrical/mechanical/plumbing.
Minimum 10th pass.
Technical Skills :
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ability to handle a wide variety of maintenance tasks.
Multi-trade technical skills and troubleshooting.
Personal Traits :
Versatile and resourceful.
Positive at managing time and tasks.
Safety-conscious and proactive.
