Position: Franchise Business Development Manager

Qualification: MBA / Post Graduation
Experience: Minimum 8+ years in Franchise Sales / Business Development
Salary Range: 75,000 per month Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire franchise sales cycle — from lead generation, pitching, and negotiation to final closure.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective franchisees through effective networking and market research.
Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the franchise model, brand value, and potential return on investment.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, branding, and training for current franchise partners.
Monitor and ensure compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines across all franchise outlets.
Regularly track franchise performance and share detailed progress reports, insights, and recommendations with management.
