Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Develop relationships with colleges, training institutes, NGOs, and employment exchanges.
Ensure candidates complete the hiring and onboarding process smoothly.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Represent the company professionally during recruitment events and field activities
