We are hiring a senior engineer to build and scale platform-level network security systems with deep expertise in systems programming and modern AI-driven engineering approaches.
Must-Have Skills (Strict – Non-Negotiable)
Core Systems & Programming
7+ years of professional software engineering experience OR equivalent depth in platform, networking, or security systems
Strong hands-on experience in C++ development on Linux, embedded, or networking platforms
Solid experience building and debugging low-level, system-intensive applications
Networking & Security
Strong understanding of:
Networking protocols and traffic flows
Packet inspection techniques
Network security concepts
Practical experience working with network security systems
The candidate must have worked for last couple of years on networking domain-based projects. So, they must have solid familiarity with technologies like:
TCP/IP networking
UDP
DNS
HTTP/HTTPS
IP addressing and subnetting etc.
Firewall / Security Domain
Hands-on experience with:
Enterprise firewalls OR
Threat-defence appliances OR
Packet inspection / traffic filtering engines
Valuable-to-Have Skills
Agentic AI / Contemporary Engineering:
Robust experience designing and building agentic AI systems, including:
Multi-step, goal-driven workflows
Reusable agent skill development
Agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., MCP or similar)
Strong proficiency in:
LLMs and prompt engineering
Structured outputs and validation strategies
Reliable task orchestration
AI system evaluation:
Quality gates, monitoring, cost optimization
Experience with:
Go APIs and REST API modernization
Distributed or multi-component systems
Exposure to:
Debugging complex runtime issues (memory, concurrency, performance)
Observability and system reliability improvements
Integration experience with:
GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Jira
