What you’ll do…
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests using the swimming pool and surrounding leisure areas.
Monitor pool activities and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and rescue assistance when required.
Conduct routine inspections of the pool area, ensuring cleanliness, safety and compliance with operating standards.
Enforce pool rules and safety procedures while delivering friendly and qualified guest service.
Maintain lifesaving equipment, first aid supplies and safety signage in positive working order.
Support the wider hotel team in creating a secure, welcoming and enjoyable guest experience.
Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly and maintain accurate incident records.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety and local statutory regulations.
