Job description:
This position is responsible for operating machinery and supporting overall production management to ensure productive, secure, and high-quality manufacturing processes.

What you will do:
Operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently, following established procedures and work instructions.
Set up, calibrate, and adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
Monitor product quality during production and identify, segregate, or rework defective items as required.
Maintain accurate daily production records to support performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards in all production activities.

Minimum 3 years of work experience
Diploma in Chemical / Automobile
Technical abilities like equipment operation, Autonomous maintenance, Quality control
Soft skills such as communication, problem solving and teamwork
Basic knowledge of chemistry and Math for calculation
