The candidate should be disciplined, technically aware, and capable of handling labour teams independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities and labour work.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and site engineers.
Maintain daily attendance and labour records.
Ensure proper material usage and prevent wastage.
Monitor quality and safety at site.
Prepare daily progress reports with site photos/videos.
Handle basic measurements and billing coordination.
Resolve labour issues and maintain discipline at site.
Ensure proper housekeeping and site cleanliness.
Follow company SOPs and reporting systems.
