Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for BESS products in the assigned region
Identify and onboard channel partners, EPCs, system integrators, and distributors
Generate leads and convert opportunities into profitable business deals
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits
Build relationships with commercial & industrial (C&I;), institutional,



and government clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution design and execution
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports and forecasts

Requirements

Key Requirements
3–7 years of experience in solar, energy storage, power solutions, or related industry
Robust understanding of BESS, solar systems, inverters, or power backup solutions
Proven track record in B2B / project sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
