Job Description
What you’ll do…
Lead the hotel's purchasing function, ensuring the timely procurement of quality products and services.
Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value, quality and service.
Build and maintain solid supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company procurement standards.
Monitor inventory levels and work closely with departments to ensure stock availability and minimise wastage.
Manage purchase orders, contracts, deliveries and supplier performance to ensure operational efficiency.
Control purchasing costs, analyse spending and identify prospects for savings without compromising quality.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, audit requirements and local regulations.
Collaborate with Finance, Culinary, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to support the hotel's operational needs.
