The Stock Market Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of equity advisors, traders, or research analysts to achieve business targets while ensuring high-quality client service. The role involves market analysis, team management, strategy development, performance monitoring, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of stock market advisors or analysts.
Monitor daily stock market trends and identify investment prospects.
Guide the team on equity, derivatives, commodities, and mutual fund products.
Develop and implement trading and investment strategies.
Achieve team revenue and client acquisition targets.
Review client portfolios and provide investment recommendations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Conduct regular team training sessions on market updates and financial products.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with senior management to improve business performance.
