We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and Dedicated Worker to join our growing team in Bengaluru.
Job Duties
Inoculation: Transfer cultures and inoculate grain jars or sawdust bags using a laminar flow hood.
Substrate Preparation: Mix, hydrate, and bag growing media according to specific farm recipes.
Sterilization: Load and run autoclaves or heavy-duty pressure cookers to sterilize media.
Contamination Control: Monitor incubating spawn daily for mold, bacteria, or sluggish growth.
Daily Cleaning: Sanitize lab surfaces, wash reusable tools, and maintain a spotless workspace.
Batch Tracking: Log inoculation dates, strain types, and contamination rates in the farm log.
Farm Support: Help with harvesting, packing, or fruiting room maintenance when lab tasks are complete.
