As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing up-to-date frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions meet the evolving demands of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsible for team decisions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management, Workday Learning.
Experience with software development methodologies, particularly agile practices.
Strong understanding of system integration and application development.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Familiarity with up-to-date programming languages and frameworks.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Talent Management.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
