Coordinate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, customers, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Maintain accurate records of trip details, fuel usage, and maintenance history.
Possess technical knowledge of different types of trucks and equipment to recommend cost-productive maintenance or repair solutions.
Work proactively to reduce downtime and control operational costs.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on fleet utilization, cost control, and performance metrics.
