We are seeking an experienced and dynamic DSA/Personal Loan Sales Team Leader to lead a team of sales executives in generating and closing personal loan business through DSA and direct sales channels. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, a proven track record in loan sales, and the ability to achieve aggressive business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Loan Sales Executives to achieve monthly sales targets.
Drive business through DSA, direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor team members.
Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, and customer follow-ups.
Ensure maximum loan disbursements and improve team productivity.
Maintain relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and financial institutions.
Coordinate with credit, operations,
and documentation teams for smooth loan processing.
Track team performance through daily MIS and sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and motivation sessions.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in Personal Loan/DSA/BFSI sales.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
Proven experience in handling a sales team and achieving targets.
Solid communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
