Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in driving Fieldy’s growth. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a robust foundation in B2B SaaS sales and client engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Identify and qualify leads for the sales pipeline
Understand customer requirements and present relevant solutions
Schedule product demos and follow up with prospects
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools
Build strong relationships with prospective clients
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets
Requirements
Any graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good spoken and written English
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
Interest in sales, business development, or startups
Positive attitude with willingness to learn
