Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4–7 years of HR experience; experience in solar, EPC, construction, electrical, manufacturing, or field-sales businesses is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, labour compliance, PF, ESI, and employee relations.
Robust communication, negotiation, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll software.
Ability to manage office staff as well as field and site-based employees.
